Returns Policy

Exchanges and refunds are subject to the following conditions for faulty/ items:
Eligibility for Exchange: Items eligible for exchange must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is necessary for all exchange transactions.
Exchange Procedure: To initiate an exchange for a faulty or damaged item, kindly email us at info@toxitout.com.au. We will then send you instructions on how to return the item.
Please note that we will need to inspect the faulty item upon its return.
Return Shipping: You will be refunded the cost of return shipping.
Exchange Limited to Faulty Items: Upon receipt of your returned faulty or damaged item and confirmation of its eligibility for exchange, you may select a replacement item of equal value. If the replacement item surpasses the value of the original purchase, the price difference must be covered by the customer.
Refunds Limited to Faulty Items: Refunds are exclusively offered for items deemed faulty or damaged upon receipt. If you believe your item fits this criterion, please contact us immediately for further assistance.
